  @Suziewee Thanks for your kind comments - I know it was a bit woe be me post, normally I am fine on the treadmill and had done 20 miles the previous couple of weekends, just frustrating that I cannot pinpoint what was wrong today - fingers crossed for tomorrow and maybe now the evenings are lighter and the weather [slightly] warmer its time to braver the great outdoors!   @Suziewee Hi there! Thanks for your comments and congrats to you on your Silverstone run - a briiliant result. It does feel good to have done a 'proper' race - and for me to have run outside as I do most [all] my training in the gym! Good luck to you too with the rest of the training and fundraising - it is very close now (and that's what I'm worried about!) - last big push now I guess...
