About Me
A late mid thirties (!) married father of one that is not a natural long distance runner but did manage to get round the London Marathon in 2009. Lost 2 1/2 stone in the process and decided that being fit, and feeling good about oneself was actually quite a good thing. Unlikely to run another marathon (too many injuries would be picked up) but fancies sticking with 10ks, 10miles and the odd half marathon
