Yes, I did the London on Sunday - took six minutes off my PB and finally cracked the sub 3:30 with a time of 03:29:16. What a day but soo hot (hotter than 2009 I think). I didn't keep a blog this time; I found that the more I wrote the harder it was to keep up with it (and everyone else's blogs!). I'm nw thinking about doing another marathon this year - may be Loch Ness, or the Eden Project or perhaps the Kielder? Are you aiming for another one? Hope you and Kelvin are both well.

@vickibombicki Good spot Vicki! Thanks for the tip. I didn't know about that run. Mind you Friday night in Dawley High Street isn't my normal idea of fun!! Think I might give that one a go though!
