  I have done "The big loop" yeterday and I am quite please to find out that I have passed the 10K (which was my target) and have actually runned 11.6 K.
  
  To be honest, I didn't run the 11.6 K as I chose a very difficult roue that involved 2 big steep hills. My legs surrendered after the first one), as I wanted to build up my leg resistance.
  
  I still did the first one but eventually realised I could not finish off running.
  
  Still, I made it, in about 1hour and 20 minutes.
  
  Quite happy with myself.

  Runned my 8,5 K roue yesterday, part of my trainning to get to the 10K for the Bupa run in London in May.
  Made it in 1hour and 1 minute!
  Really happy with me.
  Feeling pain in my legs today though...
  
  Next week, different route but heading for 9K.
