  After having spent the last two weeks training on the dreaded tredmill and with the sun shining! (for once) it was high time to do my first run outside! with the family.
  
  We ran to llay and back, though the windy welsh roads and stopping only once to wipe the flys that had began sticking to my head..eww!
  
  anyways we ran it together in 31 minuits (fastest mile being 10.03, which isnt too bad,
  however much worse than my 22min 5k a few years ago!
