About Me
Fifty-something woman who is passionate about running and eager to discover what it takes to become 'good for age' and more. Having re-trained as a PT and Pilates instructor I find myself fascinated by the science behind sport/fitness and particularly running so applied to University to study for a Sports Science Degree. Much to my surprise I was accepted and so I start in September - and I am terrified! I'm also a mother and wife but they're minor roles now...
Reason for Joining
Joined realbuzz back in 2006 when I decided to see if I could run the London Marathon. Which I did...3 times. It is a wonderful community and I have made some very good friends through blogging here.
