    Hi All and esp Rubyloo...I have just posted a super scrumptious recipe for a great "Chicken salad" on my Blog. I absolutely disliked salad until I found this recipe and now I eat it about 3 x per week it's that good. The ingredients only serves 1 but just double/triple it to make more. :-)

    Ok, I am 1lb away from my lightest in Dec which IS good. Had a BIG interruption to my life. Now the food side is back on track, it's now time to re-introduce the exercise. So 30 Day Shred I am thinking of taking up again OR other,not decided yet. but I am not giving up!

    Just did my 30 Day Shred workout and I found a neat trick to make it more endurable; I put the radio on even louder than the DVD to take my mind off it and it worked!! this went a lot quicker and was much easier. 30 Day Shred aint so bad, it's just very intense.
