    @polly2010 It's getting easier. I am running with a womens group every Thursday and that makes it easier I think. It is nice to all go out together and I am not sure I would go out on my own. As I am still very over-weight people stare and laugh at me so I find it difficult but running in a group is much easier.
    I do some exercise each day, but it is something different every day so I don't get bored. Ice-skating, dancing, swimming and using the Wii.
    I know that I will be able to do the Women's Challenge now as we usually run around 3 miles with the group and last week we did 4.7 miles. I have also done a fun run on my own. So now my target is to get the Women's Challenge done in under 43 minutes. We shall have to see. The most important thing was to have a goal set to be able to lose the weight and to raise some money for a charity that I have an interest how.
