For those of you that haven't come across me before, I've been part of the realbuzz team for over 5 years now. I have a real passion for all things healthy and active, and am especially keen on sports. I like to keep active with some running (even managed to run a marathon), and I'm keen on cycling and tennis (when the knees and achilles will allow). I don't bite, so if you've got something to say to me or the team, just shout - but not in capital letters!
