Previously run 5k's, 10K's and a several half marathons, often hearing the familiar chant... you have done the half when you doing the other? This year I am putting that ghost to rest and hoping to complete a full marathon for the first time. Due to the task I have in front of myself and the fact I am scared witless I have started this blog so I can track my progress in the winter months up to the Marathon and to hopefully speak with like minded runners who will be taking on their first marathon or even people who have done the marathon before who can pass on their experience to us guys new to the experience...
