  Hi Kay, thank you for your kind words, do you know i have been very unlucky this year, been out today and ran 5 miles in the rain and felt fine, if only my injury had happened a month earlier I would of been lining up with you on sunday, if only , if only !!
  Have a fantastic run on sunday, enjoy every minute and know I will be cheering you on all the way and will look forward to seeing how you got on .
