I am fairly new to running although i have done two very slow half marathons. I am doing my first ever marathon next year to celebrate the fact i have worked at the children's trust for 10 years . I hate the thought of running most of the time but when i go out i do really enjoy and there are so incredible highs I have lupus so have to be a bit careful of not over doing but love living for the moment and getting fit Nervous but excited about running FLM 09
