    @Footnote Hi footnote.
    I have been having the age old problem of Shin Splints. All the information i've been through says that it's caused by increased mileage but ive tried lowering my miles with no improvement..
    I get it to some degree in pretty much every other run i do after a mile or so, in most cases i can run it off but it ruins my pace and nevermind it being painful. Any advice?
