About me!
I first started running in September 2007 to accompany my wife on training runs for FLM 08. From that point on I was hooked and ran the FLM 08 & 09. I now use running as a way to distress, get fit, to set new goal and improve on old ones. I am 43-years young and more than happily marriage to Karen with three kids and now a granddad too!
