I ran the London Marathon this year, my first marathon and am still running and am still loving it most of the time. I did most of my marathon training on my own and found it tough going with no one to chear me on. So I managed to convince a group of friends that if I can do it so can they ! We have all entred the ballet for next year, I think Im the only one of us praying that we all get a place. This does mean that I have more than one training buddy so dont do all of my running alone. Ive also got myself a new bike so am enjoying the cycling as well, am thinking maybe a duathlon but need to work up the courage for that one !
