About Me
I am a "has been" runner, and do sometimes still do some occasional running while the knees allow. I am a 39 year old veteran (if you can call me that) of 22 marathons, and 30+ Half marathons, completing a few triathlons, Duathlons, and Trailwalker 100km walk and numerous Swimathon's in-between and completed an Ironman Triathlon August 2010. Here's to a lot more hopefully!
