I reached the magic age of 60 on 12th January 2010 and decided to challenge myself physically and mentally by running a marathon. I secured a gold bond place with Sense, the national charity that supports and helps people who are deafblind. I have run a half-marathon in 2006, so this will be quite challenging to complete 26.2 miles and also raise a minimum of £1,400. VLM 2010 here we come!
