    Last week we went out into the wilds of Hertfordshire. Target was 20 miles. Met some others at the club and headed off having already run 7 miles. Their aim was 12 miles and 3 miles home from the park so 22 altogether! Maths was never my strongpoint! I have no excuse as I have just bought a new Garmin GPS.
