@naomi83 Hi Naomi, sorry I've only just got your question on my blog as I haven't been on the site for a while. I think you will find that you might put on a little weight when you start training as you will be putting on muscle. You may also find that your body shape changes and that although you have put on weight, your clothes may not feel so tight. Are you still following the weight watchers plan? I think to give you any more specific advice I would need to know a bit more about you, but I don't think you can go wrong if you avoid processed food, eat three meals a day which are low in fat, try to eat low-to medium G.I. foods so that you avoid too many hunger pangs and avoid too many high fat snacks. Being patient, and burning more calories than you consume by doing lots of exercise should set you on the right track. Kate
