    Well its been ages since I last blogged on here, as I have been blogging on facebook so I can keep everyone who as sponerd me up to date its lorraines london marathon challange. Training been going realy well, did my longest run to date on tuesday of 19 miles in 3h'4mins was tough , been doing my long runs on my own so I keep telling myself if can run that distance on my own then the crowds and the atmosphere should help me reach the finish line, cant wait for april 22nd, just need to book hotel now, left it till last min but glad i have as was coming down with family and it was working out a fortune, managed to meet a lady in the gym who is going down on her own or was , so were going down together, bit sad that the kids wnt be at the finish line, so will have to try and get on tv.

    This week was a drop down week and thank god it was, been realy tired this week but still managed to do 30 miles for the week. completed my first 15 mile run last friday in the rain:-( ended up with a raw neck of the wire from my mp3, just glad thats the only injury I have had. Well 16 mile for my long run nx't week and 40 mile for the week, it's certanly getting harder . Hope all your trainings going well x

    Managed my longest run to date yesterday 14.16 miles in 2h:11mins . Set of on a route what thought would be that distance, but it was just over 12 so did some hill training near home as there was no way I was going home till I had done 14m , and the weather was perfect yesterday realy enjoyed it. Done 34m in total this week , Happy Training everone.

    Well week 1 started with a 3mile run on monday then 13mile on Tuesday night in the gale force winds, 4 mile on Thursday. 7 mile to do in the morning and that will be 27mile for this week feel like I could do more , but going to stick to the plan don't want to risk getting injured. Hope all your trainings going well .

    Christmas ,kids beeing off school and the weather , well lets just say not doing much running, just been doing short 3 milers. Ran today very windy but did stay dry another 3 miler tmo'z then if im not to hungover on sunday will do long run . Have a fantastic New Year Everyone.

    Been out and done 10 mile tonight, 14mile so far this week. Off for the rest of week now so hoping to try a 14 mile run friday if the weathers ok.

    Hi Everyone , training going well, just need to sort my Accomadation out now , been looking at the marathon packages staying at the Holiday Inns there all a bit far out but provide coach on day , just wondering if any one did this last year and if so was it ok.

    13 mile last night , and starting to feel ok with this distance with the help of Haribo sweets, much better than the gels and a lot easer to open. short run planned for tmoz and then going to do 10 mile friday day off. Think I may look in to joining running club now the dark nights are here dont want to have to go on treadmill, you cant beat being out doors.

    Well 5months and 1 day to go for London Marathon I cant wait, managed to run 30 mile this week , so pretty pleased with myself , just need to keep this up now till christmas then i will start increasing it.
