I am 37 years old about 6ft 2 and the fattest that I have ever been (probably about 16 stone (too scared to weigh myself at the moment.) I am not a natural runner at all. I consider myself quiet fit, but no where near fit enough to run anything like a marathon! I love running for a football or a squash ball, but just running.....
