  Tuesday:physiotherapy by NHS, ultrasound used on my hip, told not to run for a while, not even short ones, ah well. Was just get my stride back as well. Today: induction to course, big failure, they are incompetant and useless, but it is free so hwat do you expect. Not doing the course anyway, because i got the job at my interview!!! I am now part of the store development team of the compant Dee-set!
