About Me
I started running back in 2005 when I decided to give up smoking. I was living in Germany at the time and my first ever race was called Der Brucken Lauf, a crazy race over all the Bridges that cross the Rhine in Cologne. I was utterly hooked, I went home and signed up for the Leverkusen Half Marathon and then the Cologne Marathon.
I ran in a number of races in the past five years including The Sheffield HM, Hastings HM, Reading HM, Itzehoe HM (Germany) and the London Marathon.
For one reason of another I have stopped running races, until now. I've signed up for another marathon and I'm determined to run it way under 3 hours 30 minutes.
