@Bicycle_Repairman I confess my absence has been two-fold. Firstly, there was someone who was (and may still be) paying too much close attention to my happenings and so I was initially forced to pause my contributions. Secondly, I have not been able to do any running of any note for months due to a back injury. I can now do shorter distances but anything over 10 miles makes it hurt and at the grand age of 31 I don't think that's a wise move to keep pushing at something which is obviously broke. I get a bit jealous when I read of other people's exploits, hence my silence. But now I hear that I'm missed, perhaps I should return?
