I am 30years and a mother to two girls'.
I have been running for 15 years starting from sprinting and now a long distance runner. I joined the real buzz blogging because I sometimes need support from other runners and I have made a lot of friends on the real buzz and we all support each other . They really help me through my low days in my running programmes.
