About Me
I am approaching a 'significant' birthday but the less said about that the better! I have been running properly for about four years and discovered triathlon this year and it has completely changed my life! I live in Scotland in Livingston about 10 miles from Edinburgh.
Reason for Joining
I joined after seeing a link on the GNR website several years ago now and thought it might help my motivation. Did it ever. Following other peoples trials, tribulations, highs and lows and rejoicing in the achievements is totally inspirational.
