About Me
I am on the good side of 40 and have an amazing husband and 3 fab girls. I have at last realised that I need to do something for me to keep me fit in both body and mind and hopefully a by product of this training will be to loose the itches as well. The support I had in this site 3 years ago enabled me to complete the GNR. after a few hiccups stresses and strains I lost my way, but this year Myself and my husband will be doing the 30th GNR. the girls will be completing the mini and the junior gnr.
