Hospital exercise

Hi, anyone reading this. Arrived in hospital today to get a stem cell transplant for leakaemia. Not certain whether i will be able to do any sort of exercise during my expected 6 week stay here but i am fairly certain doing something like the Squat Challenge that i have taken up will be some sort of motivation to keep things going. I have recently completed the 10 mile challenge which i completed in an hour and 58 minutes and after training extensively for that i now find that i will not be able to run again for some time. I hope to be able to do some exercise during the treatment i receive in hospital so i will try and stay positive during my stay. Looks like i will be getting 9 days of progressively intensive chemotherapy to start with to kill off my immune system and whatever remains of my bone marrow. I have had chemo at another hospital before coming to this one for 10 months, but this is the only hospital here that does stem cell transplants. Anyway, let's see how i get on.
