Running out stress!

Well, completed the Great North Run 2006 in a time of 2 hours, 31 minutes and 4 seconds!  Very frustrating as I am sure that I wasted the 1 minute 4 seconds talking to my other half stood watching at the 2 mile point - so could have done it in less than 2 and half hours - so gonna have to do it again at some point to prove this....

Anyway in the meantime I need to get back into the running lark for a few reasons:

  • To lose a few pounds or so!
  • To help me survive my hockey matches that little bit easier
  • To run out that frustration in my final year of my MBA - aaarrrgh!
