A Budding Buzzer

18 months ago I couldn'r run to the end of my road.  Inspired by a group of runners from my village who ran the London Marathon and a friend who was doing the Couch to 5K programme I started my own running journey.  This blog is documents that journey and some of the amazing people I have met along the way.

Well DCW and GlosHawk you both intimated in your last blogs that I should give it a go and so here I am! In October 2014 I found myself 3 months on from my 50th birthday, very unfit and very fond of the odd tipple or two most nights of the week.   My be...
