A blog ? thats what Adrian Mole done back around 1985 without a computer isnt it? 

That's right.... i've never created a blog or tweeted or facebooked.............or trained to run a marathon!

I recieved confirmation of acceptance on the 1st October and ,after a couple of days getting used to the idea that i will be running in  the VLM 2011, have decided to share the long journey ahead with anyone whos the remotest bit interested! So if you dont want to be bored senseless by someone else's stupidity please turn off your televisions now!

All being well training starts tomorrow!! Aaagh
