Healthy Habits

Making a healthy choice a habit is the quickest approach to make it stay. Habits are simple since you practise them on a regular basis and without thinking about it. Since we're on the subject of definitions, here's another one: nowhere in the definition does it state that a habit must be harmful. Many of yours, in reality, aren't.

Brushing your teeth first thing in the morning has become a routine for you. Because you're a creature of habit, you hang your coat when you enter in the door. It's a habit for you to wash your hands after using the restroom. Everything is fantastic.

We don't come into this world with a set of habits. We are the ones who make them.
