Did my 2nd Timed Mile this morning which was 11min 29sec, which was 29sec faster than my first attempt. This was mainly beaucse I managed to run 0.68mile of it instead of 0.25mile last time.
Im having a problem with my feet, if I have my shoes to tight then I get pain on the outside of my feet if I have them loose then I get blisters on the inside. I am flat footed and didn't get my shoes from a running shop but they are propper running shoes, so I am going to the local running shop for a gait video or something and I am going to get some insoles hopefully that will fix it.
