After celebrating 14 1/2 miles last Saturday before my knee completely seized up I am beginning to worry I overdid it.
I've had a couple of gym sessions focussing on stretching, strength and stability and tried to use my foam roller most days.
However, my knee is twinging like it was 2 weeks ago when it forced me to abandon running at 4 miles and my hamstring feels really tight. I don't know if its how I sit at work but just sitting at my desk really seems to aggrevate it and I can feel the hamstring starting to burn. I've changed my chair position so many times but cannot seem to stop it.
Going to see a physio at a sports injury clinic this afternoon :(
Really don't know what to do if I can't get a proper long run in this weekend :( :( :(
