After nursing my knee for the last 3 weeks and concentrating on long weekend runs only I took advantage of a night in London for a cheeky mid week run!
Took in some of the sights and enjoyed running across some of the Thames bridges passing St.Pauls, Buckingham Palace, Big Ben and the London Eye plus many more.
Made me look forward to when the streets will be clear and I won't have to stop at every light waiting for traffic.
Ended up doing a very casual 6.8 miles at 07:28/mile. Knee still sore but manageable.
Bit colder in London than Plymouth but thankfully no snow or ice!
