Just a quick post as I am supposed to be working.
Quick run last night - across the fields and up to the top of my hill. I can justify a short one if there is an uphill involved. But ugh I was so slow and heavy and it felt so hot and muggy.
Whimped out at 5.5K and walked the final 0.5K. Aim is to get another 4 miler in before the weekend and then next week to drop the 10K runs for a longer distance and start to increase gradually. :)
