Last night was not my finest hour, but I was back pounding the pavement. It was a slow, leg sapping pace, but I know I need to try and build back up slowly to make sure I don’t pull anything else. Legs are feeling a bit sore and tight this morning, but that was to be expected.
I have a long day today, but I might try and get 30mins on the bike tonight just to keep my legs loose, followed by further progress tomorrow.
Congratulations to Big D @ Lactic Rush; doing an assault course is a challenge in itself, but doing it half cut on 3 hours sleep is something else altogether... the legend continues.
