Week 3 starts ...

First run of week 3 last night was both good and bad. Didn't seem to have any umph in my legs so was super slow. But it's done, and can't help thinking at this stage that's all that matters. Next job is to sort out what/when to eat to fuel me through evening runs I think.

But more importantly, most recent new trainers were comfy, woooo hoooo!!!
