I went for a run Monday evening and it was really hard - aching legs, burning lungs, stitch, the lot. Boo. Didn't run yesterday and went out this morning and felt great. I ran further and quicker, had a real spring in my step, yey! Quite reassuring that a bad day is just that, a bad day.
I bought some new running gear yesterday and wore it today. My goodness me, what a sight I was - not sure the public are ready for me in lycra-style running tight things, haha!! I may have to do my runs after dark until I have shifted a bit of weight!!
