It seems I have something on every weekend until middle of August!! Which is great, apart from the alcohol required (weddings/birthdays etc), which ends up with me slacking in the training department!
Anyways, pleased to report that I did a 30 minute run on treadmill at lunch, and my ankle tendon thing feels much better (still not perfect, but hopefully will be ok...)
So, hopefully, henceforth, will be regular posts of runs, runs and more runs...I may look back at this post with a wry smile however...
