Crikey, didn't realise it'd been this long since i posted!
I'm now running between 6 - 10 miles on a Tues & Thurs, then a biggie on a Sat or Sun of 15-17 miles :-)
My plan now is:-
Wkend of 25th Feb - 18 miles
Wkend of 4th March - 20 miles
Wkend of 11th March - 20 miles
Wkend of 18th March - 15 miles
Wkend of 25th March - 10 miles
Wkend of 1st April - 5 miles
THEN RACE DAY on 10th April, arrrrghhh!
