Considering the amount of food and alcohol consumed over xmas / new year, I am chirping to bits that I managed a half-marathon yesterday!!
I'm feeling decidedly smug lol ;-)
Now the hard work begins, 14 weeks to til the marathon, and I need to get the mileage up by the beginning of March...
