I managed to get some much needed time off work, we all got away in the caravan, no-one fell out, the weather wasn't too bad, my team had a great win BUT.......
I did everything to excess. The beer flowed possibly too much. Lent's over so the BBQ went back on. And I did no training.
What's the answer. I get a great feeling when I've been training, but I give in to the temptation of all the things that I know aren't good for me; too easily & too often.
I'm sure we'll be away again this weekend, so perhaps I'm going to have to work harder on resisting the temptation. I didn't realise it would be so hard - more difficult than the actual training.
