Just a quick post before I leave for work.
Went to club unusually on a Friday night, as the little'un had a birthday party with numerous girls (good lad!!!!!)
Started off with the A's, 3+ miles across the fields behind the A43, then onto the first half of the Moulton 10k route. And managed, with some hufing & puffing, to keep pace with the leading group.
It was tough & I'm aching in areas I've not ached since starting this 'journey', but I'm definately going to keep this up at least once a fortnight. It's not my natural pace, but it's good to be taken outside of my comfort zone. Hopefully, it'll make my normal plodding seem so much easier.
