I know it's a little late to posting about new years resolutions, but since Jan 1st I'm delighted that we've maintained our three gym visits per week.
The gym sessions are progressively getting harder, thanks mostly to the painful programme we've recently been given. But I'd be lying if I didn't say that I can feel a difference as clothes that used to just sit in the wardrobe and stare at me now can fit around my waistline. The weight's not coming off though, but I guess that's not my focus.
And the fitness is definitely coming back, and I think it's possibly time to look into entering a race (when the weather takes a turn for the better).
