Those pesky scales

I was right...the scales confirmed that weight went up this week...but not too bad.   145.2lbs.

Ah well - on to the next week...need to up the mid week exercise, which is kinda lacking the moment.  I should have ceased the opportunity last night and gone for a run when it was relatively warm, but hey hind sight! 

Perhaps I should put more of a plan together to coordinate my exercise efforts, that way it might give me more incentive to get my trainers on. ...
