Having decided that I need to get my finger out and re-start my search for Will Power - and motivation - I am shocked to realise that it has been over 3 years since I last posted on here!
However I did run the great north run last year (just over 2 and half hours)....but I also have put weight back on...and have the potential to keep piling it on.
So...here we go...I need to find the motivation to:
1. Get out there and pound the streets to get back to enjoying running.
2. Re-learn the 'mantra' (see below) to limit the intake of chocolate and other lovely things.
3. Lose that weight that prevents me wearing all the clothes hanging in my wardrobe!
So - I am hoping that by rejoining the community on here, I will also find the ensouragement to make the changes and start to get fit again.

Chocolate is bad; Chocolate is not brain food; Chocolate makes me fat!
