I have been *really* good. :-) Every day, for a week, I have either been to the gym, or done a whole hour on the exercise bike (and they were really energetic hours, as well, no dawdling! :-) ).
I have also done *lots* of walking. I have been over my 10k steps on my FitBit, evey day for weeks and weeks and weeks, but I have also had quite a few days when I have gone well over 10k, to 15k, and sometimes (like today :-) ) as high as 20k.
Admittedly, my bum is rather tired, though. But I am a Happy Flump.
