I have not blogged for three weeks now, mainly because I have just been doing the same each week, two 5K runs, 2 swim session and trying to get out on my bike once a week.
As my ankle has not been 100% since I sprained it in June and I decided last week to go and see a physio and as expected he said the ankle was very stiff, so armed with some new exercises I went away and continued with just 5k runs for another 3 weeks. Last night’s run felt the best for a long time so I am feeling hopeful that it is on the mend.
