A good week last week. Since September I have been trying to swim twice a week, run twice a week and cycle twice a week, well this is the first week I have managed it. All small distances but all six session completed.
Mon and Wednesday - 5K runs
Friday and Sunday – Swim training
Thursday and Sunday - 9 miles cycles
This week is looking a lot less productive due to Christmas stuff going on, so I will look at it as a step back week.
